  • SINGLE WIRE
IN PREPARATION OF THE WEAVING

In May 2009 it has been successfully commissioned a sizing line in Italy.
The machine has been realized using a PLC Siemens S7-300 and Drive Siemens S120.
The HMI has been develop with C#.NET
The machine is capable to reach speed up to 125 m/min and is all the regolation has been realized with load cells, that with the software the rotation of the motor, permit to maintain the optimal tension on the spun during all the production cycle. This line also monitors the absortion of the glue on the spun, in order to monitor the use of it.
 

Initially the wire is on 800/1000 beams, which are allineaed in two line of different height:


 
Thw wire, from the beam is pulled to the aligning, that gather all the wires in an orderly manner.imbozzimatrice.


 
The aligned wire pass to the sizing which applicates the glue via cylenders.


 
From the glue applier, it pass to the oven, where the wires are heat to from the air inside of it.


 
From the oven to the dryer, that works in same way but optmized thanks to vapor chamber cylender heat up up to 180°C.
 

 
The wire arrives to the winder which roll up on a creel, reaching the capacity of 800/1000 wire per creel.

 
  • RAM
In April 2011 has been successufully commissioned a single wire sizing in Italy.
The machine has been realized using PLC Siemens S7-300 and Drive Siemens S120.
The HMI has been made with C#.NET.
The machine is capable to reach speed up to 400m/min and all the regolations are made by charge cells thats, thanks to the software that controls the motor, permit to reach the optimal tension of the spun, during all the production. The software is capable to control the stretching of the spun, this is very important for this type of production.
This lavoration permits to merge more spun in a unique creel.
It's called RAM, since this process is made from creels and not from beams.

In the beggining there are 4 (or 8, it depends on the final creel), in line.


All'inizio ci sono 4 cantre (o 8, dipende dalla grandezza voluta della cantra finale), in fila.


Creel after creel, the wires are accumulated until to arrive on the final one, that merge together every wire in a unique creel.
 
 
 
  • DYEING
In february 2014 has been commissioned with success the dyeing line IOM in Turkey.
The machine has been realized using 2 PLC Siemens S7-300 and Drive SIemens S120.
The HMI has been developed with C#.NET.
The machine dyes and size wire in a line long more than 100 meters, where it get immerse in the color and later it dryes it, through ovens, after that sized.
The regolation is made via charge cells, with a control of the stretching of the spun through all the cycle.

It all starts from the rough wire, usually cotton, on a reel.
 


The wire is purified.
 

After it pass in the paint, squeeze and paint again.
 

 
After this cycle of dying, the wire is dryed it ovens.
 

Lastly it is accumulated in order to able to put it back on a final coil.
